Willamette Valley Balloons was formed in 2017 for the purpose of providing hot air balloon scenic flights and flight instruction. They primarily travel to the various hot air balloon rallies in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, but also occasionally work in their own backyard. They are very friendly and welcome you to come up to say hi if you see their balloon at rally or elsewhere.
